I would like to tell my short speech about "The Benefits Of Have Breakfast in Every Morning". I make this speech in other that we know how important breakfast for our body. Yap, its because i have 3 reason why i said breakfast really important for our body.
First, breakfast can comply the nutrition that we need. For example, we as student, of course we need more energy for our body in every activities. Moreover, we need nutrisi and vitamin to support our activities. We just have breakfast with a bowl of cereal, a glass of milk, bread, and other food, because it will give calcium and fiber enough. And also give stamina for our body.
Second, breakfast can increase our brain ability. After we sleep at night, our stomach definietly empty and our energy like glukosa already over right? Why must glukosa? Because glukosa is one of the material to increase our brain ability. So, we must fill our stomach with have breakfast in the morning. May be after you sleep at night you have to drink a glass of mineral water, after that have breakfast that contain the protein and carbohidrat. Breakfast also can controll our brain to think better than people dont have breakfast.
And the last, breakfast can avoid from disease. According to the study or the survey shows that start the day with have breakfast can help us to avoid from diabetes. Because people who have breakfast routinely tend to have good sugar level and not quickly to hungry in the afternoon. The survey also show the the healthy people who skipped breakfast for 2 weeks have bad cholesterol levels higher than people who have breakfast every morning. So, how about you??
No matter busy we are. we must take the time for have breakfast because breakfast have several benefits for our body. Thank you..:))
